Today's most popular type of cooling units is mobile air conditioners. They have the size as large as the window units but they are usually mounted on casters.

Most industries, warehouses, small businesses or even temporary businesses where proper cooling is not feasible uses this type of cooling system for it is considered to be excellent in their spot cooling capabilities. 

These types of unit are specifically designed to keep one's room comfortable and cool by providing affordable and stable temperature control. In order to maintain its quality and powerful capacity, it uses either Freon or evaporation technology refrigeration. In most cases, units that work on evaporation are much more expensive than those that utilize Freon.
